Membership and event information
When live services are enabled, SSN will collect only the information needed to manage membership, event participation, notifications, and professional verification. The applicable collection notice will explain the purpose before submission.
Professional credentials
Credential documents and SCFHS numbers must not be publicly accessible. Access will be limited to the applicant and authorized reviewers, using authenticated private storage and short-lived signed links.
Participation and confidentiality
Do not submit patient-identifying information. All case materials must be fully de-identified and shared in accordance with professional confidentiality and institutional requirements.
Retention and requests
Before live registration opens, SSN will publish its retention periods, privacy contact, and process for accessing, correcting, or deleting personal information.
